Tom has over 20 years of experience in the offshore and marine industry, specializing in engineering and project management.
Prior to Ragnar, he was the Engineering Manager at Vallianz Shipbuilding & Engineering where he has executed various design, engineering and project management activities for new shipbuilding and major conversion projects. With his extensive experience and profound insights in the offshore and marine industry, Tom consistently delivers finely tuned, optimized solutions.
Tom's delivered and completed projects are mainly driven by strategic relationship management with ship owners, classification, designer, shipyards, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and favourable outcomes.
